Booking Policy

At Bloom, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. To ensure smooth scheduling and respect for both our clients and our team, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Appointments & Cancellations

  • 48 Hour Notice Required
    We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients.

  • Late Cancellations
    Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations the day of your scheduled appointment may be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.

  • No Shows
    Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged 100% of the service cost. Repeat no shows will be required to pay a deposit for future bookings.

Deposits

For all services, we require a non-refundable deposit of $1.50 to secure your booking when booking online. This deposit will go toward the total cost of your service but will be forfeited in the event of a no-show or late cancellation. We reserve the right to request full payment as a deposit if you have a history of no shows. 

Running Late?

If you're running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, and may still be charged in full.

You can cancel or reschedule by:

  • Texting us at 0480 672 272

  • Messaging us on facebook or instagram

  • Logging into your account via our online booking system
