Refund Policy

At Bloom, we take great pride in the quality of our services, products, and training. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and while we strive to deliver exceptional experiences every time, we understand that things don’t always go as planned.

This policy outlines our guidelines regarding refunds for services, retail products, and online course purchases.

Services

Due to the time, products, and personalized care involved, all services are non-refundable once performed. However, if you are not satisfied with the result of a service, we kindly ask that you:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of your appointment.

  • Return to the salon within 7 days for a complimentary adjustment (where applicable).

We want you to leave feeling your absolute best and will do our best to resolve any concerns.

Retail Products

We accept returns or exchanges on unopened, unused retail products within 14 days of purchase, with a valid receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used/opened products

  • Clearance or promotional items

If an item is defective or damaged, please notify us immediately so we can arrange an exchange or refund.

Online Courses & Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all online course purchases are final and non-refundable. Please review the course descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience technical issues accessing your course, contact us at admin@bloomhairandbeautymaryborough.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. They can be used toward any eligible salon service, product, or online course unless otherwise specified.
